Mr. Webel has been the president of Pacolet Milliken Enterprises since its founding in 2007. From 1985 to 2007, he was the Managing Director of Innocenti & Webel where his focus was on strategic and land planning for family enterprises and closely held entities. In 1991, he also became president of Madison Ventures, a real estate investment and development firm. His clients include the Hobe Sound Company, the Augusta National Golf Club, BMW North America, JPMorgan Private Bank, Rockresorts, Rockefeller Center, Fluor Daniel, U.S. Trust Company, Milliken & Co., the U.S. Department of State, and the Duke Charitable Trust. He has served on the boards of Old Westbury Gardens, North Shore University Hospital, Roslyn Bancorp (NYSE), and Keep America Beautiful. He currently serves on the Board of Directors National Medal of Honor Museum.

William Crawford is Pacolet’s Chief Operating Officer. In such capacity, he has primary responsibility for the Company’s day-to-day operations, its strategic planning and management information processes.

Immediately prior to joining Pacolet Milliken, William was Senior Counsel with TD Bank, where he was responsible for the legal aspects associated with the Bank’s US-wide corporate, real estate and contract functions. He previously was EVP – Chief Legal and Risk Officer of The South Financial Group, Inc., a publicly-traded banking holding company that sold to The Toronto-Dominion Bank in 2010. In such capacity, William was responsible for the legal function, SEC compliance, regulatory relations, corporate governance, and substantially all risk areas. He also had significant involvement in strategic planning. From 1989 through 2001, William was a lawyer with Wyche Burgess Freeman & Parham in Greenville SC, where he specialized in SEC matters, corporate finance, governance and M&A activities. During his tenure with the firm, he was a partner and a member of its executive committee.

William was born in Cuthbert, GA, and received his undergraduate and graduate degrees in piano performance from the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University. He received his law degree from Harvard Law School in 1989. He lives in Greenville, SC with his wife and three children, and is active in many civic and charitable organizations.

Head of Real Estate

Clay Adams is the Head of Real Estate for Pacolet Milliken Enterprises.  Before joining Pacolet, he was a Managing Director and Partner of Childress Klein Properties, where he led the Investment Management Division. In that role, he was responsible for new investments and for the asset management of office, industrial and retail properties. Clay has over 22 years of experience as a real estate investor and has led over $5 billion of transactions across multiple asset classes and markets.

Prior to joining Pacolet Milliken, Mr. Ingram was founder and Managing Partner of Foundation Real Estate Partners, where he ran an investment and asset management business that participated across numerous asset classes throughout the Southeast. Prior to that, he spent nearly 15 years as an investment banker, primarily focused on assisting clients in deal structuring and capital markets execution. Most recently, he was a Senior Vice President with Jefferies & Co. and previous to that was with Morgan Keegan & Co., Wachovia and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.

During his career, he has executed over $4.5 billion in public bookrun debt and equity capital transactions and provided strategic advice on nearly $5.0 billion in mergers and acquisitions and private capital raises. His experience spans numerous real estate asset classes including retail, single-family rental, multifamily and office, working with large public REITs and a variety of large private real estate owners and operators to solve major strategic and capital related issues.

Mr. Ingram holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.

Rick Thompson is Vice President – Secretary and Treasurer of Pacolet Milliken. In this capacity, he oversees financial planning and analysis for business segments, financial reporting, managing capital budgets for special projects, and forecasting financials for the leadership group.

Prior to joining Pacolet Milliken, he was a 28 year associate of Milliken & Company where he assumed a number of significant roles including Corporate Director for Product Management Improvement, Finance Team Leader for Enterprise Resource Planning, Manager of Global Systems Integration, Financial Reporting Manager, Corporate Cost Manager and Industrial Engineer at five different manufacturing locations.

In 1997, Mr. Thompson completed Duke University’s Advanced Management Program. He holds a Master of Accountancy degree from Gardner-Webb University, is a Certified Management Accountant, Certified Financial Manager, Certified Public Accountant (CPA – licensed in NC), Certified Internal Auditor, and a Certified Treasury Professional.

He has served as President of the Carolinas Council of the Institute of Management Accountants and currently serves on its Global Board of Directors. He is the current Chair of the Board of Regents of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants.

Ralph Walker

Head of Energy / Infrastructure

Ralph Walker is the President of Energy for Pacolet Milliken’s Energy and Infrastructure Division.

Before joining Pacolet, he was the Founding President of Peregrine Energy Corporation, where he was responsible for strategic planning, business development, capital investment, and overall corporate management.

Under his direction, Peregrine directly invested over $75 million in industrial utility infrastructures, including coal-fired and gas-fired cogeneration systems, process water treatment facilities, chilled water and compressed air systems and numerous types of air pollution control technologies.  Peregrine owned and operated these assets selling electricity to the electric utility grid and steam, chilled water, compressed air, process water and other industrial utility commodities and services to various manufacturing companies.

He has over 28 years of experience as president of an independent power producing company.  In 1982, he established Aquenergy Systems, Inc. (later sold to Consolidated Hydro), in Greenville, South Carolina, which was the largest independent developer and operator of hydroelectric projects in the southeast United States.

Mr. Walker is a member of the Association of Energy Engineers and is recognized as a Certified Cogeneration Professional.
