Lockhart Power, in partnership with Union County, recently completed construction of a speculative industrial building in Pacolet Milliken’s Midway Green Industrial Park. This 100,000 square foot building is easily expandable to 200,000 square feet, and is designed to attract heavy industrial customers.
The addition of 60 MWs of electric service capacity at Pacolet’s Tyger River Industrial Park represents a significant growth opportunity for Lockhart. World class companies such as Keurig Dr. Pepper and Magna Seating, have already located in this Park.
Lockhart Power, together with Pacolet Milliken, is developing a utility scale solar facility on land adjacent to Pacolet’s Midway Green Industrial Park, with completion expected in 2019.
