OWNERSHIP STRATEGIES

With a primary ownership focus in the southeast US, we mitigate our holding costs through a combination of recreational leases and timber sales. We are developing a new niche in our Forestry business that is focused on the creation of biofuels. At the Roger Milliken Center in Spartanburg, SC, we have initiated a maintenance program that has ambitions to be a world leader in creating measurable standards of sustainable land management.
